HENRY'S HISTORY - BIOGRAPHY & ACCOMPLISHMENTS (2002-2004)
2002 YEAR IN REVIEW
Henry started off the year 2002 in Sonora, CA. at the 9th Annual Motherlode Line Dance Festival premiering his two newest dances "Single and Lookin'" which got published in the UK's Wild Rose Western Dance Magazine and his dance "Leontine Court". Henry wrote a CD Review on the NO. 1 Line Dancing Album released by Polygram TV for the magazine.

Henry then Premiered "Yee Haa!" which made Top Dance Lists in the Mid West and the East Coast. Later that year Henry Dances "Shaolin Dance" and "China Groove" which he premiered with the first ever English/Chinese Step Descriptions.

After 25 years in San Jose, Northern California's Largest and Greatest Country Night Club closed it's doors in 2001. Two years later in 2003 there was rumors that the Saddle Rack was to open again when an invitation for dance instructor auditions took place for a new Saddle Rack to open in April of 2003. Henry was invited by The Saddle Rack Entertainment Commitee which included Long Time Saddle Rack instructor Rita Archer who he met back in 1999 when his hit dance "Hopping Mad!" was taught at the Rack! Henry danced at the original Saddle Rack for years on Friday and Saturday nights and always hoped to have the chance to be an instructor there. Henry was selected to be one of the Dance Instructors when The New Saddle Rack opened it doors on April 6, 2003 with a "Super Sunday" Grand Opening Party where Henry was introducted to the large crowd. Then On Wednesday night April 16th Henry taught his first dance lesson to a large crowd which packed the Saddle Racks two dance floors. He taught the classic line dance "Alley Cat" and the couples favorite "County Two-Step". The crowd gave Henry a wonderful reaction and loved his teaching style and entertaining class. Henry continues to teach dance lessons at the Saddle Rack to this day. Henry says "I'd like to thank Gary, Andy, Rita, Mark, Appaloosa, The Saddle Rack Dancers, Staff and Employees for allowing me to part of their fabulous team. You're all the Best!"
SUMMER FUN TOUR 2003
Henry returned to sunny Southern California for his "Summer Fun Tour 2003!". Starting on Monday June 30th Henry made 12 appearances in 7 cities and featured the debuts of three latest brand new dances at the time "California Surfin'", "Colorado Blvd." and "Line Dance Evolution". Henry's tour was extended when one more date was added, Sunday August 17th when Henry was one of the guest instructors at the 5th Annual Brandin Iron Festival in San Bernadino having had a Swingin' good time teaching "Steps To A Better Tomorrow" and his newest dance "Line Dance Evolution". Finally with the "Summer Fun Tour" complete Henry returned home to Northern California and ended his Summer with an appearance at the "Labor Day Line Dance" event at Hayward's Southland Mall where he taught many dances to the enthusiastic bunch who attended.
PHYSICAL THERAPY MONTH 2003 - KAISER PERMANENTE

Hayward's Kaiser Permanente Inpatient Physical Therapy Department decided to celebrate Physical Therapy Month in a very special way. Having their own team member Henry Costa teach free line dance lessons to all Kaiser Permente Members and Staff during the month of October. Not only did Henry teach lessons at the Hayward location but also at their Union City and Fremont locations. Henry taught many different dances which included "Memory", "D.H.S.S.", "West Coast Strut", and his "Steps To A Better Tomorrow" and "Love Struck Kid". All types of music was used including music from different countries in there native languages.

Country singing superstar Jennifer Hanson performed at Northern California's Greatest and Largest County Night club The Saddle Rack on October 9th 2003 with Henry opening the nights festivities by teaching his hot dance "Steps To A Better Tomorrow" and the couples classic "Country Two Step" to the large crowd. Jennifer played a wonderful concert to the Saddle Rack fans and later in the evening made time for her fans by signing autographs.
2004 SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA TOUR - NEW DANCE LOST LOVE
Henry completed a 2004 Southern California Tour which started on Monday June 19th with Henry making 9 appearances in 6 cities featuring the debut of the brand new hot Beginner Line Dance “Lost Love”. This was Henry's first new dance in a year. Things got off to a fun start with Henry teaching in Vista, CA. at the Brengle-Vista Senior Center where he Premiered "Lost Love" and also showcased his classic dance "First Time”. Henry's hot new fun cute dance is choreographed to Smokey Robinson & The Miracles classic Motown hit “Tears Of A Clown”. They Also enjoyed “First Time” choreographed to Janet Jackson’s “All For You (Video Mix)”. Dancers loved it and said it was nice to have a beginner dance they could enjoy. Henry also traveled to Padre Gold located in Kearny Mesa, CA. where he taught “Lost Love” again receiving nice comments by the dancers and then returned to Helen Pietroforte’s class in Vista and Shriley King’s class in Kearny Mesa teaching His dances “Freedom”, “Lost Love” and “Line Dance Evolution”. Upon returning back to the bay area Henry also taught "Lost Love" to large Saddle Rack and Southland Mall crowds also getting a wonderful reaction.
SCOOTER LEE CONCERT - SEPTEMBER 18, 2004

Legendary Country Dance singer Scooter Lee returned to the state of California after many years when Kitty Hunsaker manager of the Palace Saloon and Dance Hall located in Pollardville, California wanted to bring a special event to the famous Ghost Town. Kitty asked Henry to join her for this special event which he opened by teaching his very own "Hopping Mad!" to the large crowd who came from throughout California and Nevada. During the concert Scooter called Henry back out on to the floor to lead all the dancers to "Hopping Mad!" as she sung the classics "Midnight Hour/Knock on Wood" from her popular CD "By Request... The Disco/Dance Album". Henry says "I'd like to Thank Kitty Hunsaker for allowing me to part of that special night and to the Legendary Scooter Lee for letting me open and perform with her. I also want to say Thanks to all the great dancers who attended this wonderful event."

Country singing superstar Jamie O'Neil and newcomer Christy Sutherland performed at Northern California's Greatest and Largest County Night club The Saddle Rack on October 20th 2004. Henry opened up the night teaching the very popular line dance "Hell Yeah!" and the fun couples dance "Jungle Boogie 2004" to the large enthusiastic crowd who attended this incredible night. Jamie and Christy had a wonderful time at the Saddle Rack and later in the evening showed their appreciation by making time for their fans by signing autographs.
