![]() It was a Swingin', Stompin' and Steppin' good time for Henry and all those who joined him for some "Southern California Line Dancing" from July 18 - 22. Henry kicked off the summer with an appearance in San Bernardino at the Inland Valley Dance Festival where he debuted his brand new hot stepper "Jacky Joker" based on the song of the same name by "Ernie Oldfield." In recognition of the dance "World International Records" presented Henry with their Ernie Oldfield Hall Of Fame Award and named it an Official Tribute dance to the late singer. Henry Then hit the towns of El Monte, Alhambra and Rosemead where he taught and danced along with some Super Southern California Steppers as they did the "Jacky Joker" ![]() It was then time for the Big Bash that happened when the Bay Area's Radio Home for Country Music "95.7 The Wolf" and Northern California's Hottest Country Night Club "The Saddle Rack" presented a Special Listener Appreciation Night on August 12th that featured A Live Concert with Dang Records Recording Artist "Steve Azar" and some Boot Scootin with "Mr. Hopping Mad Henry Costa!" The evenings festivities kicked off with Henry who taught the hot steppin' line dance "Zydeco Lady." and the couples classic "Caribbean Cadence." Following Henry's appearance came a Special Performance from "Steve Azar" who sang all his best including "I Don't Have to Be Me (Til Monday)" and songs from his current brand new album "Slide On Over Here" making for a fun evening to all who came out to enjoy the good times. ![]() Then Henry ended the Summer with a Bang on August 22nd when as part of its year long Grand Opening Celebration the "Milpitas Library" had Henry leading dancers of all ages for an afternoon of moving their feet to the beat when they presented "Line Dancing In The Library" This Family Event which was made possible by the generous support of the Fabulous "Friends Of The Milpitas Library" took place inside beautiful brand new Milpitas Auditorium and featured Henry teaching some fun dances to the enthusiastic crowd which had many trying line dancing for the first time.
